This beautiful home is centrally located on Alii Drive across from the Magic Sands Beach park. Recently acquired and renovated in early 2018, it is the perfect spot to watch dolphins or humpback whales in season or enjoy Kona’s spectacular sunsets.
Offering two separate living areas on two levels, all with great ocean views, it is an ideal property for large families. Accommodations include:
2nd level – 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, living room, bbq deck off the kitchen & large lanai. NOTE there is no air conditioning in this property.
1st level – Large living area with queen bed, pullout sofa, kitchen & dining area
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.
Just across Alii Drive is Magic Sands Beach, known for body surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing at the beach. There are also BBQ areas and sand volleyball court. A few minutes drive to the south is Kahalu’u Beach Park, one the best snorkeling spots on the Big Island and a popular surf break for both beginners and experts alike. Also a couple minutes to the north is Lymans Bay, another popular Kona surf break.
From here, you are a short drive away from the Keauhou Shopping Center and downtown Kailua-Kona, both offering a variety of restaurants, bars and shopping.
Alii Drive is also one of Kona’s most popular stretches for runners, walkers and bicyclists. World class triathletes can also be seen at many times of the year preparing for the marathon leg of the Ironman Championship, which starts down Alii Drive.
